Now Offering: Men Connecting with Men – A New Therapy Group Led by Christopher Menard
Updated: Sep 22
The core purpose of a men's group is to give men a safe, structured space to share their real lives, combat isolation, and practice authentic connection. Men often experience a subtle isolation, relying heavily on romantic partners for their only emotional support. Men's groups fill this gap by offering:
Peer-to-peer connection: Regular meetings with other men facing similar challenges in relationships, career, family/kids, aging, and life.
Emotional honesty: A judgment-free zone to express feelings, fears, and frustrations safely.
Cost: $300
10 meetings are typically held every 2-weeks for 1-hour
Location: Online or in-person
Size: Limited to five participants
Participants are asked to not miss more than two of the ten meetings.
