No two humans are exactly the same. We are each a little different, and we are SUPPOSED to be different. Therefore, conflict is not only inevitable; it also serves as an opportunity to learn and grow by making sense of more than one perspective. We are born with a brain, whose primary directive is to keep us alive. We are born into a culture that shapes how we see the world, and our adaptations to that culture, in turn, shape how we handle conflict.
