Everyone experiences grief differently

• There is no "right way" to grieve

• Grief cannot be rushed

• Finding support is crucial

You are invited to participate in an 8 week, peer-led grief support group on Mondays beginning October 7, 6:00-7:30pm and ending November 25

The format will be topic-structured each week.  We will honor confidentiality, offer the opportunity to share (or not), and together respect all attendees and their individual experiences.
